Weaknesses

Weaknesses refer to those aspects that can be improved and prevent the achievement of full potential. They may, for example, answer one of the following questions:
What can be improved?
What aspects are we criticised for?
What aspects of the product or service can be improved?
In what factors are our competitors clearly better than us?
What could we do to increase sales?
What organisational improvements would be necessary to do so?
What can we do to be more efficient?
What aspects should be improved to provide better customer service?
What other aspects of the company should also be improved?
